1. Using clean fingertips, scoop out a small amount of the balm from the jar.
2. Rub the balm between your fingertips to warm it up slightly. This will help it spread more evenly onto your skin.
3. Gently massage the balm onto your skin using circular motions. Ensure that you cover all exposed areas evenly, including your face, neck, arms, and any other areas exposed to the sun.
4. Take your time to blend the balm into your skin thoroughly. Pay extra attention to areas prone to sunburn, such as the nose, cheeks, shoulders, and tops of the feet.
5. Reapply the Sun Barrier Balm every two hours or more frequently if swimming, sweating, or towel drying.
