Cancellation policy
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to recurring deliveries and automatic payments for your selected products. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to your renewal date.
To ensure timely fulfillment, subscription orders begin processing immediately upon renewal. Because products are prepared and reserved right away, all processed subscription charges are final.
We recommend managing or canceling your subscription before your renewal date to avoid unwanted renewals or shipments. Cancellations submitted after a renewal payment has been processed will apply to the next billing cycle.
You may update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal or by contacting customer support prior to renewal.
Promotions and Discounts
Discount codes are valid for one-time purchases only and may not be applied to subscription orders. Subscription products already include a built-in discounted rate and are not eligible for additional promotional codes. Discount codes may not be combined, stacked, or applied retroactively.
